If you're someone starting a small business selling goods or services and you want a low-cost way to have a brick and mortar space Downtown, maybe AADL's lobby shops are for you. AADL has created three suites on the first floor of the Downtown Library to serve as the all-new lobby shops—available for $250 a month for the largest and $100 for the smaller two, with space use terms of six months to start, with the mutual option to renew an additional six months. Applications are open between now and June 1.
